Our church is made up of partners who were led by God to help Pastor Vetta and me to fulfill the vision he gave us for a ministry headquartered in Bowie, Maryland that would positively affect the region for Jesus. God set us here to function as one body. No schism or division in us. We, the whole body, meet on Sundays. We also meet on Tuesday, all of us. We tithe so there can be meat in God’s house so the members of the body, partners, can receive the care they need.

I talked in detail about my part now here is the detail on your part, partner: obey the Word of God, attend worship service regularly, bring the tithe, serve in ministry, disciple others into the ministry, and prosper in every area of life.

If you are reading this letter and are thinking “Pastor this sounds great. I want to experience success in God’s house and in my house, but I have not been faithful in my commitment to God or ECC”. Let me encourage you with the words of Romans 8, “there is therefore now no condemnation…”

• God called you to ECC and He set you there to be a part of the body. We are instantly stronger when you consistently commit to and bring your time, talent, trust, thanks, and treasure.
• If you disconnected from the ministry and you realize it was not the will of God but a trick of the enemy expose that liar and get connected again immediately. We don’t treat people we haven’t seen in a while like the world we treat them like the Word. We give you a big hug, tell you we love you and miss you and how glad we are that you are back at home.
• If you visited and felt led to join, it is God’s heart for you to be a part of this body, come on home this Sunday and get connected.

God says if you believe me, as your prophet, you will prosper. Here’s what I am believing. Your acts of service and agreement will be the evidence of your belief:

• Every partner disciples 3 or more new partners into ministry by December 1st.
  • Result: 200 partners or more by the end of the year
• Every partner tithing, giving offering, and sowing seed
  • Result: The church receiving weekly what we use to get in a month
• Every partner serving in at least 1 ministry
  • Result: Full staff for excellence in service to God’s people
• Every partner participating in corporate prayer
  • Result: Increased anointing on the ECC whole family

ECC, it is our season to experience amazing results in our ministry and in every area of our lives. Together we are making God’s dreams come true and there so much more to come.
