Mission Statement

Righteous Generation is designed to teach youth ages 13-18 that God loves them and has given them the ability to be just like Jesus in the earth. The benefit of being like Jesus is the ability to always win and not fail and to experience success in every area of life. Righteous Generation helps youth to understand that sustained success in life is the result of loving God and living according to the standards of the Bible.

Ministry Events
RIGHTEOUS GENERATION PROVIDES A NUMBER OF MINISTRY EVENTS FOR ITS PARTNERS AND FRIENDS. ALL EVENTS ARE OPEN TO ANYONE WHO IS AGE APPRORIATE.
  1. Weekly Bible Study - This Bible Study is held during the main mid-week bible study of the church. Although the lessons that are taught are age, situation, language/slang, and trend appropriate for this age group, they do not compromise the standard of the Word of God. Students always leave with a clear and simplistic understanding of what the Bible says about a given topic/issue.
  2. Parties and Special Events - Four times a year, Righteous Generation host a party or special event that is based on the appropriate interest for this age group.
  3. Fellowship Outings - Righteous Generation goes on outings and fellowship.
  4. Service Events - Righteous Generation participates in a least 1 group service event per year.

Listening to music alone or with friends is always something fun to do. Let's not even mention the videos… with the clothes, the cars, the attractive people, and…. well…you've seen them. Unfortunately, everything that looks good is not always good for you. As young Christians, we got it going on. As a result, we have to protect ourselves from potential faith health hazards. Now ask yourself, Do the lyrics to my favorite song support or attack my faith?
